Hello, Sharon. Your column is the first thing that I look for and read in our Sunday newspaper. Not even the front headlines deter me from reading your column first. I am so looking forward to you visit to us in Abilene, TX in April. I hope to meet you at the reception. I am enjoying reading your book now, and I took your suggestion to read The Sweet By and By and loved it. Your book is just as compelling for me to read. Thank you for your columns and I look forward to your visit to "Abilene of all places."

My mother always forwards me your column. Steve and Mary Beth Clark send it to her. Last night I woke up every 2 hours with my 14 week old daughter, Vivienne. I woke up this morning and found Bachelorette Party in my inbox. It was just what I needed=)

I've always loved your columns in the local paper, and you helped us survive my husband's tracheal cancer diagnosis and treatment, and my subsequent breast cancer treatment. I'm so thrilled to 'discover' your website, and look forward to reading your book and your book suggestions. May you enjoy good health and continued happiness in 'Las Vegas of All Places'.

Hi Sharon, I have been wanting for a long time now to write you. When I turn the page and see your column, it makes my day. Yes, just like someone wrote, I feel like I am sitting down with an old friend. Your column reminds me of Erma Bombeck's witty column. Your tip for the book The Help was great. My sister- in- law and I shared e-mails about it while she was undergoing radiation for her cancer. It was wonderful to keep her mind away from her problems. Happy Birthday, and keep writing! I love your column. It is the best in the Sunday paper. I have loved it for a long time, and finally decided to tell you. I'm not very good at this computer thing, but I wanted to e-mail you about your writing. Please keep going. God bless you.

Sharon, I just love your method of writing. I feel like I am sitting down with a dear friend and chatting about things that you and I both seem to share. Our paper just printed your column about books to read, and I would say "The Daily Coyote" is a must ... a true story and full of love and hope, humor and sadness, a little bit of everything. Written by Shreve Stockton, it is a delight. I look forward to our 'chats' ... you are truly a delight.

Thank you for your story about life. We all share joy and sorrows in our life and we learn to keep going forward. Your words are very welcome to an old lady from Illinois. Keep up the good work.

I am so delighted to find your web page. I always loved your column in our local newpaper and was sad/dispointed when they no longer printed it. Thanks

Belated happy birthday and thank you for alll the joy you bring to your readers. I will look forward to reading your book. I, too, enjoyed the Ladies Detective series. Thanks for "happening to come along our way". Blessings to you.

Sharon, I love your website. I could sit here and spend the rest of the day reading your columns. But of course, I would never get my laundry done... Thanks for your work!
